Dr. Christian Hundsrucker

Christian Hundsrucker studied Biology and Informatics at the Free Univerity of Berlin. He obtained his PhD in moclecular biology at the Leibniz Institute of molecular Pharmacology (FMP) in Berlin in 2008, working on peptidic disruptors of protein-protein interactions.

From 2009 on Christian Hundsrucker shifted from molecular biology to computational biology and worked on the transition of Microarray to NextGeneration sequencing data analysis in Prof. Dr. Rainer Spangs group at the Insititute of Functional Genomics, University of Regensburg.

Thereafter, he joined Michael Stadlers group at the Friedrich Miescher Institute in Basel and became member of the Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.

Since 2014, Dr. Hundsrucker is responsible for technical project counselling at Microsynth AG for Next Generation Sequencing projects.
