Diversity
By signing the Diversity Charter, the DPZ is setting a clear signal for diversity and tolerance in our institute. It emphasizes the appreciation of all employees regardless of age, ethnic origin and nationality, gender and gender identity, physical and mental abilities, religion and worldview, sexual orientation and social background.
Gender Equality
The DPZ actively supports gender equality based on the guidelines for equal opportunities of the Leibniz Association as well as the research-oriented equality standards of the German Research Foundation.
With the current Gender Equality Plan, the DPZ pursues the goal of implementing equal opportunities and gender equality in all areas of work at the institute and at all career levels, in order to promote successful research by all genders for all genders.
