Third Joint vascular biology meeting 3-5 November 2021
The third joint meeting of the Dutch and German Societies for Vascular Biology will bring together researchers from all areas of vascular biology to exchange new concepts and discuss open questions in the field. The latest discoveries will be presented by internationally recognized scientists and rising young stars. The program consists of plenary sessions and poster sessions. Topics covered include coronary angiogenesis and arteriogenesis, collateral networks and revascularization strategies, angiocrine signaling, lymphatic vessels, mechanosensing, neuro-vascular interactions, vascular adaptations to hypoxia and metabolic stress. In addition, there will be special sessions on new developments in systems biology - single cell sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, iPS technologies and cardiovascular organoids, and high-end imaging modalities to study cell behavior.
