Public DPZ guided tour

DPZ

We would like to invite you to a guided tour!

We conduct basic research in the fields of infection and cardiovascular research, neuroscience, and primate biology. For some of our research questions, we rely on experiments with non-human primates, which we keep and breed here at the DPZ.

Please note:

The 1.5-hour event provides information about research activities at the DPZ and includes a tour of the outdoor animal facilities. Participation in a guided tour is only possible for persons aged 15 and older and only after prior registration.

General information about our guided tours:

  • Please bring weatherproof clothing, as the tour will take place outside (however, the talk will take place in the lecture hall or seminar room).
  • Please note that the tour is not suitable for visitors with limited mobility. There are no seating areas in the outdoor facilities.

Please check our website on the day of the event to see if the tour is taking place!

We will meet at 3:00 p.m. at the main entrance/reception. You are welcome to park in the staff parking lot during your visit to the DPZ (see signs).

We look forward to your visit!
