MAKRO-Show (German only)

Registration: by e-mail to Pathologie_Makroshow@dpz.eu no later than 24 hours before the start of the event (Mondays at 12 noon)
Location: webinar
Date: 6 x /year (every two months, always on the 2nd Tuesday)
Duration per teaching unit: 1 hour (without break)
Procedure: 
12:00 - 12:25 pm: PowerPoint presentation of 10 consecutive macroscopic photos with pathological-anatomical changes and a histological case in different animal species (focus on laboratory animal species); participants must answer one or more questions in writing (e.g. morphological diagnosis, aetiology, name of the disease, differential diagnoses, pathogenesis, etc.).
12:25 - 13:00: detailed discussion of the answers and discussion with all participants; moderation by a veterinary pathology specialist (staff of the Pathology Unit, DPZ)

Speakers / Moderators: Dr Martina Bleyer, veterinary pathology specialist with authorisation for further training 
Participants: (Laboratory) veterinarians from various departments of the DPZ and other scientific institutes in Göttingen; also open to all other interested veterinarians
Number of participants: max. 30 persons
Announcement: on the homepage of the DPZ (subpage ‘Events’) and the Pathology Unit as well as via written invitations via email distribution list to all registered participants
