Melanie Bückner completed her master's in Psychology at the Georg-August-University in Göttingen and in her master's thesis studied the processing of pleasant and neutral tactile touch. In the Functional Imaging Lab she trained common marmosets for awake MRI measurements. She now joins the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab under the supervision of Stefan Treue.
