GfV 2019: Talk for Hannah Kleine-Weber

MERS-coronavirus infection can induce severe disease. MERS cases mainly occur in the Middle East but researchers are concerned that the virus might mutate and spread globally. Hannah Kleine-Weber is investigating how polymorphisms in the viral spike protein and its cellular interaction partner DPP4 impact MERS-coronavirus infection. She will present her results within a talk to be delivered at the annual meeting of the Society for Virology in Düsseldorf on 20.03.2019, 16:00-16:15 (GfV 2019, Workshop Virus Receptors and Entry).
