"Diseases of primates"

WP 1423 for the 5./7. Semester, 14 hours, max. 20 participants, specialization: individual animals, diagnostics, research

During the event, relevant primate-specific diseases will be worked out using case studies. Etiological, pathogenetic as well as clinical and pathological-anatomical aspects are considered equally. The procedure is divided into the presentation of bacterial, viral, parasitic, mycotic and non-infectious diseases, with anthropozoonoses being accorded a special status. A trip to the German Primate Centre in Goettingen will be offered as a conclusion to the course.
