Valentina Unakafova completed her diploma in software engineering at the Taganrog Institute of Technology in 2011. In 2015 she defended her PhD at the Institute of Mathematics in Luebeck on the topic "Investigating measures of complexity for dynamical systems and for time series". As a postdoctoral scientist in the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, she will be responsible for software development of a visual game engine intended for use in experimental environments.
