Felix studied Neuroscience at the University of Bremen where he investigated the interaction between speed and direction tuning of MT neurons in the lab of Andreas Kreiter, supervised by Detlef Wegener. He then completed his PhD on auditory figure-ground processing at the Newcastle University Biosciences Institute under the supervision of Tim Griffiths and Alex Thiele. He now joins the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab as a postdoc where he will investigate the neural basis for the integration of social information into perceptual decision making.
