Scientists of the Neuroscience Department at the University Medical Center Göttingen (UMG) and the Auditory Neuroscience and Optogenetics Laboratory of the German Primate Center (DPZ) show an improved resolution of pitch in artificial hearing by optical stimulation of the inner ear.
