DPZ once again - a certified family friendly institution

Reconciliation of work and family - not an empty promise at the DPZ

Because of its family-friendly employer, the DPZ received the certificate berufundfamilie from the non-profit Hertie Foundation in 2010. This certificate, however, creates an obligation to implement measures to reconcile work and family life on a regular basis. The fact that this has been implemented successfully in recent years has now been rewarded with the renewed certification.
